The Firm

Fuller Holsonback Bivins & Malloy is a civil litigation and business law firm located in downtown Tampa. Initially formed in 1994, the firm remains committed to providing sophisticated legal services to its clients in a timely, practical, and effective manner. The firm values its reputation for integrity, the trust of its clients, and the competence of its attorneys in complex litigation and business transaction matters. The firm is organized into six general practice areas: corporate finance; commercial litigation; plaintiff's representation; probate and estate planning; real estate and institutional lending; and insurance coverage and casualty defense.

Martindale-Hubbell, the nation's oldest and most respected law firm directory, has given a rating of "AV" (the highest rating available) to the firm and each of its named partners. An “AV” rating is given to approximately 6% of law firms and lawyers nationwide. The firm also is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers published by Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms, which is a nationwide alliance of law firms dedicated to the highest standards of integrity, civility, and quality of work product.  The firm is also a founding member of Tampa Bay Professional Alliance, which is an organization comprised of varied and diverse service providers committed to rendering quality services to its members' clients.
